Melbourne Campus Manager
The Organisation
MEGT Education is seeking a driven and passionate manager to lead the academic department and facility needs of the MEGT Education Group Melbourne City Campus, consisting of the delivery of ABILITY English (ELICOS) and MEGT Institute (VET) courses.
The Role
As the Campus Manager, your role will be to manage the VET delivery of high quality Children's Services and Business courses for both domestic and international students. You will also be responsible for the continued success our English language centre.
The successful applicant will have:
- experience in VET sector management
- excellent communication and strategic implementation skills
- excellent capacity to manage and lead internal stakeholder teams in organisational strategy
- a sound understanding of VET delivery regulations
- a sound understanding of the international English sector
- strong business and financial acumen
- passion and creativity
- strong skills in working both independently and collaboratively
