The 2011 Victorian Training Awards reward excellence and innovation, and celebrate the valuable contribution apprentices, students, teachers, employers, and training providers play in ensuring our state has a strong skills base - now and in the future!

Nominees gain recognition for outstanding achievements, increase their profile and gain valuable networking opportunities with senior industry and business leaders.

There are 14 Victorian Training Award categories, with prizes of up to $10,000 awarded to most winners! Winners also have the chance to represent Victoria at the Australian Training Awards, held in Brisbane in November.

All finalists and their families will be invited to attend the 2011 Victorian Training Awards Presentation Dinner at Crown Palladium in Melbourne on Thursday 1 September, 2011.

Nominations are now open! Entering is easy, and you can nominate yourself, your teacher, or someone you know – just visit skills.vic.gov.au to enter online.
