Home / News Room / Needanapprentice.com.au launches today

napToday the needanapprentice.com.au website has gone live.

This website has been created by GTAV to continue to assist “out of trade” apprentices be able to re-connect with potential new employers.

This website allows apprentices and potential employers (GTO’s) to register their details, and will match listings by trade, year level and location. Registration is free, and listings are valid for 60 days. (after 60 days you are asked to reconfirm or remove the listing). You control how much information you want others to see and how you want to be contacted (email/ website/ telephone).

GTAV encourage all GTO’s to list their current vacancies on the website, as all apprentices that cancel their training contracts will receive information about the new website from Skills Victoria.

GTAV have delivered 4 information sessions during June to encourage current out of trade participants to use the new website. (Special thank you to MEGT, WPC group, Link and G-Force for hosting sessions)

GTAV would also like to take this opportunity to thank Ralph Gwynne for all his hard work over the past 2 years on the out of trade program. This project has seen over 520 apprentices be re-employed over this period. Congratulations Ralph.
