Health and Safety Online is an innovative training resource achieving wide adoption in Victoria. It is a flexible and accessible learning resource to support organisations in delivering general occupational health and safety training to all levels/areas of staff.

The resource is divided into three topics and four modules.

• The first module provides a general induction for all staff, including on-hired workers.
• The second module focuses on the same topics from an administration perspective.
• The third module deals with managerial and executive situations
• The fourth module is designed for field officers.
• Each of the 12 modules is an individual course with a corresponding assessment.

All training materials are fully inline with Victorian Worksafe legislation, policy and regulations, and is continually kept up to date.

It is recommended that most users start with Induction module, Law and Responsibilities. This course includes an introductory screen welcoming users to the e-Wise Health and Safety Online resource. Administrators can ensure users start with this module by scheduling it first, before providing access to the Hazards module or the Consultation and Reporting module.
